Harvest Able Private Limited is a Singapore company established on 20 December 2012 by two idealistic Singaporeans with experiences across industries and merchandise trade on manufactured industrial products but has decided to focus their attention to environmental protection through the recycling industry. With this aim, the company has been set up to help reduce consumption of fresh raw material
s in the plastic manufacturing industry. The registered office is at 91 Defu Lane 10, #01-04 Swee Hin Building, Singapore 539221. The business registration and GST reference is 201231029E. Harvest Able is actively promoting the concept of reuse of plastic products that include collection of industrial plastic production scraps and processing these into reusable resins that are recycled back into the plastic manufacturing industry. Harvest Able trades with manufacturers who implement injection molding process that create a mix of virgin and recycled resins or purely re-palletized resins as source material in the manufacturing process. Product examples are plastic reels, printer casings, plastic chairs, cd covers, industrial storage containers, and numerous other plastic parts for industries such as semi-conductor, electronics, automobile, piping, etc. Harvest Able procures is re-palletized resins from its Malaysian factory in Johor Baru, Malaysia which is near to Singapore and has its own port at Pasir Gudang too. The resins are offered at very attractive prices to manufacturers thus helping to lower production cost and fulfilling the company’s goal. In the south-east Asian region, there are also factories in Bangkok, Thailand and in Hong Kong as well that do collection and process too. Amongst the products are high impact polystyrene (HIPS), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) and polypropylene (PP). The factory is regularly certified for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. The resins are thoroughly tested through SGS (formerly Société Générale de Surveillance) that includes the inspection and verification of the quantity, weight and quality of resins, the testing of product quality and performance against various health, safety and regulatory standards. Tests for risks of toxicity through ROHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) are also carried out. Presently more than 500 metric tons of recycled resins are delivered to various manufacturers directly or through traders supplying plastic injection molding plants. There is ability to expand capacity if needed and quality can be enhanced too albeit with slight increase in price to cover enhancement measures. Harvest Able works closely with the factories to ensure its quality process and materials are properly maintained to high standards. We pride ourselves on our reputable service for honesty, consistent delivery and attention to customers’ requirements. Our service ethos of “Service With Integrity” is a core value of the company and staff.
