Crow medicine. In many traditions, the crow embodies wisdom, intelligence, and mystery. As a spirit animal, it represents a guide through transitions, transformation, and the unseen realms.
✨ Wisdom Keepers: Crows are known for their keen perception and problem-solving skills. They inspire us to tap into our innate intelligence and see beyond the surface.
🔮 Transition and Change: Often associated with life’s transitions, crows remind us that change is part of growth. They guide us through uncertainty and encourage adaptability.
🌌 Connection to the Unseen: Crows are believed to have a connection to the spiritual realms, serving as messengers between the physical and spiritual worlds.
💫 Embracing Your Power: When the crow appears, it signals a time to embrace your personal power, trust your intuition, and explore the depths of your being.
🌟 How has the crow appeared in your life recently?

The sounds and sights of summer. Spending time in nature refules my spiritual tank. What do you do to recharge?
A favourite moment of mine from captured at Machu Picchu. I love it when it rains while the sun is shining - the raindrops look like diamonds shimmering in the air.

Returning from my travels. On the last evening, the feeling around the communal 🔥 was heavy with feeling and insight.
‘A thing happens once that has never happened before. Seeing it, a man looks upon reality. He cannot tell others what he has seen. Others wish to know, however, so they question him saying, 'What is it like, this thing you have seen?' So he tries to tell them. Perhaps he has seen the very first fire in the world. He tells them, 'It is red, like a poppy, but through it dance other colors. It has no form, like water, flowing everywhere. It is warm, like the sun of summer, only warmer. It exists for a time upon a piece of wood, and then the wood is gone, as though it were eaten, leaving behind that which is black and can be sifted like sand. When the wood is gone, it too is gone.'

The ceremonial use of fire and light exists within cultures, countries, rituals, and religions across centuries and all over the world.
We use fire to purify, to open sacred space, to illuminate, and in this case, to remember those who have passed, and provide light in the next world. 🕯
Say hello to the 'rain maker' 🌱💦
Hand-crafted Hopi gourd rattle, with cotton wood handle. The symbols painted upon the rattle are for calling the gentle rains to water the plantings.
The Hopi Tribe are known as 'The Peaceful People'. They are a sovereign nation located in northeastern Arizona which encompasses 1.5 million acres of arid land. Water is life, and difficult to come by in the desert. Many of their traditions involve calling and honouring the elements and nature.

Every waterfall, from dainty streams descending down long grasses, to powerful melted snow cascading over cliffs, has a song and wisdom to share. Don't be afraid to fall. You are not separate from source. You carry source within you.

Two young sisters stopped by my booth this past weekend at the HEART MIND BODY FESTIVAL and began playing with the grid cloths and stones I had on display. They promptly revealed to everyone watching what the stones had to say. 👁💗👁 🙏🌀
