ให้สีสันบรรเทาความเหนื่อยล้าในชีวิต

ชวนชมนิทรรศการสีพาสเทล Dreamday by Mit Jai Inn ที่อานุภาพแห่งสีสันที่สดใสจะมาช่วยชุบชูจิตใจให้มีชีวิตชีวาขึ้นได้ตามความตั้งใจของศิลปิน ที่สร้างสรรค์ผลงานขึ้นมาเพื่อส่งต่อพลังบวกและความหวังถึงอนาคตที่สดใสเป็นแรงบันดาลใจสู่ทุกคนที่ได้ชม

โดยงานครั้งนี้ถือเป็นความร่วมมือของ Ikon และพิพิธภัณฑ์ศิลปะร่วมสมัยใหม่เอี่ยม จัดขึ้น ณ Jim Thompson Art Center แกลอรี่เพื่อนบ้านของเราเช่นเคย (มีอาร์ตแกลลอรี่เจ๋งๆ อยู่ใกล้บ้าน มันก็ดีอย่างงี้) เป็นการนำเอาผลงานของ Mit Jai Inn ที่เคยจัดแสดงจากนิทรรศการ Dreamworld ที่ Ikon Gallery เมือง Birmingham ประเทศมารวมกับผลงานบางส่วนจากโปรเจคต์ Bangkok Apartment 2022

Jim Thompson Art Center presents Dreamday, a solo exhibition by Mit Jai Inn, the exhibition that brings together recent work from the artist’s solo exhibition from Dreamworld, at Ikon Gallery (Birmingham, UK, 2021) and a new participatory project, Bangkok Apartments (2022).

This exhibition embodies the artist’s vision of art “as a utopian dream within everyday life” and collective hopes for a brighter future.

Take a rest at humble abode and indulge yourself with the power of colourful artwork that merges painting and sculpture at our neighbour art gallery which is only 50 m from us.

humble abode ชวนชิม ep.1

เที่ยงๆ แบบนี้ หิวกันยัง

สำหรับแขกของเราซึ่งมานอนพักที่ humble abode นั้นไม่ต้องกลัวเลยว่าจะขาดแคลนของอร่อย บอกเลยว่ามีให้เลือกเยอะจนกระเพาะลาย (แค่ตาลายยังน้อยไป 😝) หนึ่งในนั้นก็คือ fish&chips เมนูที่หากินได้ไม่ยากแต่จะเอาให้กรอบนอกนุ่มในอร่อยถูกใจก็ไม่ง่าย วันนี้เลยจะมาแนะนำ fish&chips ร้านเด็ดที่จัดว่าเป็น best หรือเป็น top in town ก็ว่าได้ แถมยังอยู่ไม่ไกล เพราะอยู่ใน Galileoasis ชุมชนคนฮิปหลังบ้านเรานี่เอง

ร้านที่ว่าก็คือ Fishmonger ที่มีชื่อเสียงโด่งดังจากเกาะลันตา ข้ามฝั่งขยายสาขามาประกาศศักดาความอร่อยในเมืองใหญ่กันที่นี่ ความอร่อยเริ่มต้นตั้งแต่แป้งที่หุ้ม กรอบบางไม่อมน้ำมัน เนื้อปลาข้างในสดเด้งดึ๋งดั๋งหวานธรรมชาติ เสิร์ฟพร้อมเฟรนช์ฟรายชิ้นอวบกรอบอร่อยเข้ากัน เนื้อปลามีให้เลือกหลายประเภท รวมถึงปลาชื่อไม่คุ้นหูที่หาทานยาก ชอบแบบเนื้อฉ่ำเด้ง เนื้อนุ่มแน่น หรือเนื้อไหนๆ เลือกได้หมด พนักงานพร้อมแนะนำให้ได้อร่อยกันแบบโดนใจที่สุด

นอกจากเมนูหลักที่ต้องสั่งแน่นอนอยู่แล้ว ก็ยังมีทางเลือกอื่นให้อีกอย่างเบอร์เกอร์ปลา ที่มากับขนมปังนุ่มฟูและทาร์ทาร์ซอส ก็อร่อยอีกอ่ะแหล่ะ จานเคียงอย่างปอเปี๊ยะทอดไส้ผักโขม หรือคาลามาริทอดกรอบก็ห้ามพลาด สั่งเถอะ อยากให้ลอง ของมันดีจริง และถ้าพกเพื่อนสายเฮลท์ตี้มาด้วยเค้าก็มีแบบสลัดปลาให้พวกนางได้เอ็นจอยไปด้วยกัน แต่สำหรับสายฮาร์ดคอร์อย่างเราคงต้องบอกกันตรงๆ ไว้ก่อนว่ามันก็ดีอ่ะนะ แต่กินปลากับผักกรอบๆ มันจะไปฟินสู้กินกับแป้งกรอบกร๊วบได้ยังไง๊ 😜

เอาเป็นว่าเค้าก็มีเมนูปลาหลายแบบให้เลือกละกัน แต่จะยังไงก็ห้ามลืมสั่งตัวหลักมาลองชิมกันเด็ดขาด แล้วจะรู้ว่าทำไมถึงติดใจจนต้องกลับมาลองแล้วลองอีกกันเกือบทุกคน

Our common area is the space for a group of family and friends happy gathering together. Full of entertainment, smart TV, board games, books, painting equipment (as per request) and the fully equipped kitchen for your home cooking with our maid to help you do a bit of cleaning in the morning.
