Mountain View Villa is a Beautiful Large 3 bedroom Luxury Villa, Set, in the backdrop of Hua Hin's Mountains.
Although we are only minutes drive away from the beaches and activities, the house and location is very tranquil and peaceful, just to sit and look at the wonderful mountains, hearing the wildlife feels so relaxing.
When designing the house, one the main objective was to have a large enough swimming pool in order to have a proper swim, given My Wife and Daughter are competitive swimmers we enlarged the pool to make it 12.5 meters in length (1/4 Olympic Size).
Adding to the size of the pool we then deepened the pool to 1.5m to give a proper feel to the pool.
The pool is a salt water pool, so basically the pool gets chlorinated by the salt, the benefits are the water in the pool is very soft; remains healthier and you do not get sore eyes or no smelling of unsavoury chemical chlorine.
One other luxury with the pool is a built in whirlpool bath, to relax and reenergise yourself.
The Villa It is set in a Private Gated Complex.
We have walled Garden Villa for your complete privacy; we have planted tree hedging around the perimeter of the garden with tropical planting areas, together with Palm Trees with up lighting, remotely controlled.
There are Thai features such as the traditional Thai Buddha Elephant water features alongside Contemporary fixtures and fittings to ensure a comfortable stay.
We understand that the Bedrooms should be the place to relax and unwind, so to make your stay as comfortable as we can, we have in the Master and Second Bedrooms, Hand Carved Solid Teak King size beds with Luxury Mattresses and Linen,together with 3.5ft Single Beds that can be made up to make a double king size bed if desired.
The outdoor space has mixture of smooth grey pavers and grass Lawned areas,there is also an outdoors shower for your convenience.
We have cushioned outdoor sofa's and coffee table for evening entertaining and hardwood soft cushion sun loungers for the sun -worshippers.
There is also a dining table and chairs.
Throughout the Villa we have Climate Controlled Air Conditioning, that can be thermostatically controlled in each of the bedroom and in the Kitchen Lounge area to make everyone feel comfortable as they desire.
We have up to date technology with SuperFast Fibre Optic Wifi.
Also to enjoy we have a Samsung Curved 55" Smart TV and Home Cinema System, Together with Thai Expat TV with up to 32 English channels including BBC, ITV and many more.
There are many of latest and classic DVD Movies you can enjoy with a selection of English titled books and playing cards.
(We welcomed guests to donate non-English books for future guests to enjoy)
The Kitchen is high gloss european type, together with integrated, oven and Microwave,there is a american style fridge freezer.
We have a Nespresso Coffee machine and have complimentary Coffee Capsules for guests to enjoy, including English Tea Bags.
All the crockery and cooking utensils are of High Quality.
Lastly we have a plumbed in Washing Machine for your convenience.
