A place to work, rest, and play. Villa Celadon went through a major refurbishment in 2022. By far the biggest change was the addition of a pavilion on the main entertainment deck. Such a beautiful and functional space, if we say so ourselves! Featuring huge retractable glass doors to enjoy the view, a sumptuous deep sofa to gather around and watch a movie on the 85” TV and a desk for when you really have to send that email. Khun Bee was only too happy to indulge our recent guest when they requested Khua Kling, a Southern Thai speciality dry mince curry. ‘Khua’ means ‘to dry roast’. The ingredients are constantly tossed at a very high heat to bind with the BOLD SPICY AROMATIC dry curry paste. A veritable taste explosion, if you’re a Pad Kra Pao fan, give this a try.
