Roles and Responsibilities:

Successful candidate is likely to be degree qualified (or industry equivalent qualifications) and have more than 2-5 years experience in the area of Information Technology. Successful candidate will have good English oral and written communication skills. Will be competent user of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Required:

Incident and Problem logging and tracking.
Monitor tickets and make sure that they are resolved within the SLA.
Facilitate project roll-out across Caribbean end-markets.
Maintain positive user perception of IT support and services.
Follow up on tickets escalated to the Global and Regional Service Teams.
Escalate and follow up previously logged incidents and problems with regards to established SLAs.
Answer incoming calls to the helpdesk call center and log tickets for all requests made by
Users and ensure that the tickets are resolved within the respective SLA.
Maintain and create Access Control forms for user access.
Initialize setup for new users in Active Directory and Lotus Notes and perform basic Active Directory administration.
Remotely assist users located in unmanned end-markets.
Manage IT Assets (Hardware and Software).
Setup and maintain meeting room equipment.
Shift Status Reports.
Report Servers and Link Failures to second level teams.
Install and configure work stations.
Network and structured cabling.
