My name is Godwin Simon Muhindy, (Bob Dole). I am a native of Tanzania, Africa. My love of this country, mountaineering, and nature has lead me to my career as a professional mountain guide. I am licensed with the National Park Service of Tanzania, certified by National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS), and hold certifications of Mountain Tour Guiding held at College of African Wildlife Management Mweka in 2018.
I was born and raised at the slope of Mount Kilimanjaro, as a member of the Chagga Tribe in the Marangu Village. I have an in depth understanding of the history, people, and culture of Tanzania.
For the past 5 years I have been a mountain guide leading people from around the world on the adventure of a lifetime to the highest mountain in Africa and the world’s highest free standing mountain – Mt Kilimanjaro, also known as ‘The Roof of Africa’.
