Today is World Tourism Day, which is dedicated to rethinking the role of tourism. Ukraine over the past 7 months has rethought not only tourism, but in general all life and all values.

Against the backdrop of a cruel and senseless war with a crazy and brutalized neighbor, everything seems insignificant, has lost its meaning. Every day our friends and colleagues die at the front, they give the most valuable thing — their lives for the freedom and independence not only of us Ukrainians, but of the entire civilized world. Who could imagine such madness in our age. Yes, no one. It's hard to believe, it's impossible to accept, it's hard to live with.

Evil in its purest form drives this war, so the only way out is to win at all costs. We have no choice and other tasks now, so everyone is doing everything for our victory!

Keep Calm & Love Ukraine

International tourism has always been very sensitive to all that might happen in the world – wether its pandemic or political crisis in any destinations.

Current situation between Ukraine and Russia has gained wide announcement in media all over the world. In this case we hold the following position: we do not deny the fact of the political crisis, russian aggression towards Ukraine and risk of worsening the situation. Our message is that at the moment Ukraine on governmental level provides all necessary and possible conditions for safe stay of all Ukrainians and foreign nationalities in our country. According to messages of our government and wide pool of world’s community, we do all that we can to prevent the worth scenery, to solve the situation with diplomacy and we have unprecedented support of many countries.

With understanding and respect, taking all the high responsibility, we accept the fact that in some countries due to their government’s decision Ukraine at the moment is not recommend as travel destination and other countries already have restrictions for visiting Ukraine.
At the same time, we call for not to passionate decisions making in cancellation trips to Ukraine for upcoming late spring and summer seasons. With hope for peace and trying to save tourism season at least for the second half of the year, tour operators, same as all tourism sector is now more than flexible in providing maximum loyal conditions to keep all your bookings for Ukraine and if necessary to cancel them close to date, just for you to make sure that Ukraine is safe at the moment of your arrival to our country.

We do not ask to visit now, we call for Staying with us, just to come later this year🤍🇺🇦

To sum up this point, we would like to underline that we hope for better, we are peaceful country that now is making all that possible to keep Ukraine safe.

* fees for single/double entry e-visa were significantly reduced!!!

Breaking from regarding regulations to entering Ukraine

Important UPDATES📌

✅Citizens from the "red zone" countries may bring their negative results of PLR Testing done during 48 hours before crossing the state Ukrainian border in order to skip mandatory quarantine. Also, they should not download application DIY VDOMA.
✅The Testing result should indicate the DATE of testing and full name of the person.
✅ Insurance that covers treatment and observation is also mandatory for all citizens from both green and red zone countries

Happy to become a part of the great initiative co-founders team to create niche Association of Incoming Tour Operators of Ukraine

Шановні колеги,

Як і обіцяли, повідомляємо вам про наші наступні кроки:

У середу, 03.06 була проведена зустріч у Торгово-промисловій палаті України з керівником комітету з туризму ТПП України Шаповаловою Аллою Валеріївною.
Комітетом була задекларована готовність підтримки та сприяння у створенні Асоціації, та повідомлено рішення про створення профільного підкомітету саме з в'їзного туризму, координаторами якого стануть Володимир Царук та Зеленіна Ірина.

На зустрічі були присутні наступні компанії, які наразі увійдуть до складу виконавчої ради асоціації - Arktur Tour Operator & DMC Ukraine, Sputnik Kyiv DMC, JC Travel Ukraine, Albatros, the travel group, Adventure Tours in Ukraine, Ukrainian Incentives - your DMC for Ukraine, EVENTEX GROUP, Ornament Ukraine Travel, Туристично- транспортний оператор "Bohemia service".

Було обрано форму асоціації - Громадська Спілка, неприбуткова. Наразі розпочатий процес реєстрації.

Ми ще раз, користуючись нагодою, запрошуємо усіх бажаючих туроператорів, які займаються в'їзним туризмом, приєднатися до асоціації, а також стати активним учасником виконавчої ради.

Коллеги по цеху - время объединяться!

Шановні колеги, дорогі друзі!

Факт створення Асоціації отримав досить активний позитивний фідбек серед представників Індустрії, і це безумовно гарний початок!

Рішення про створення було досить швидким та раптовим, адже цього як ніколи потребують обставини, в яких ми всі перебуваємо, пов'язані з кризою, що виникла у нашій галузі. Наразі, існує лише ініціативна група, яка зробила перший крок, і він був необхідним. Все, що буде відбуватися далі - можливо лише за вашої підтримки , і асоціація відкрита для всіх бажаючих , якісної комунікації та передбачає рівність усіх її членів, лобіювання лише спільних інтересів та вирішення спільних питань. Більш того - запрошуємо бажаючих приєднатися не тільки до рядів Асоціації, а й до складу Виконавчого органу, який візьме на себе відповідальність, щодо перших обов'язкових кроків щодо заснування та розвитку Асоціації.

Безумовно, найближчим часом ми будемо зв'язуватися з багатьма з вас, чиї контакти нам доступні, з тим, щоб об'єднати наші зусилля під єдиним гаслом створення та реєстрації потужної профільної спільноти.

Вже зараз ми чекаємо ваших запитань, освітлення нагальних проблем, що потребують вирішення та головне - приєднання до Асоціації В'їзних Туристичних Операторів України. Не сумнівайтеся та не зволікайте - ми обов'язково чекаємо всіх Туристичних Операторів, що займаються прийомом іноземних туристів в Україні для формування спільноти однодумців та подальшої офіційної реєстрації Асоціації найближчим часом.

Наступного тижня планується офіційна реєстрація Асоціації і всі бажаючі Туристичні Оператори запрошуються до складу співзасновників організації. Просимо повідомити про ваше бажання нижче в коментарях - будемо раді кожному з вас!

Ідентифікації В'їзного туризму як окремого сектору туристичної галузі бути!

Шановні колеги!

Сьогодні, у надважкі часи для туризму, нас має об'єднати підтримка та особлива увага до нашої галузі.
Для більшої ефективності у будь яких діях ми маємо враховувати диверсифікацію туристичного сектору за усіма його видами - внутрішній, виїзний та в'їзний.

Отже, сьогодні ми анонсуємо створення Асоціації В'їзних туроператорів України. Настав час приділити увагу саме цьому напрямку, обговорювати нагальні його потреби, проблеми та шляхи їх вирішення для подальшого розвитку.

Асоціація була створена з ініціативи наступних туроператорів - Albatros, the travel group, Adventure Tours in Ukraine, JC Travel Ukraine, Sputnik Kyiv DMC. Вступ до асоціації можливий для усіх профільних туристичних компанії, які займаються прийомом іноземних туристів в Україні, та передбачає виключно рівність усіх учасників.

Наразі, йдуть перемовини щодо реєстрації асоціації на базі комітету з туризму Торгово-промислової платити України.
Наступним етапом буде запрошення до вступу.

Ми віримо, що разом, об'єднавшись, ми зможемо зробити Україну одним з найпривабливіших туристичних напрямків!
