One of the most beautiful corners of Kyiv is the Landscape Alley, which is located on the site of ancient ramparts, which were a protection for the capital. So, in the area of the Historical Museum, on Volodymyrska Street, there is a famous Landscape Alley.
Today's decor of the alley is just a fairy tale, because sculptures of giant centipede cats, fountain elephants, sparrows, zebras and many other interesting things to see with your own eyes live here!
The landscape alley was laid in 1980, the architect of the project of which was Abraham Miletsky. A great goal of creating the Landscape Alley was the opportunity to explore the landscapes of Podil.
Today, this area is protected by UNESCO and is part of the reserve "Ancient Kiev".
More recently, in 2009, the Children's Park appeared on the Landscape Alley. The author of this interesting project is the artist K. Skretutsky. Since then, fairy-tale figures of giant sparrows, zebras and centipede cats have settled on the Landscape Alley.
Children and adults love to rest on benches in the shape of a rabbit, cat and crow. On the walls are beautiful mosaics with children's faces. The thirty-meter wall is decorated with a mosaic of a long cat, with which many want to be photographed. Along the paths of the Landscape Alley, cute men sit on colorful pillows - there are four such sculptures. The sculpture of the Little Prince, the hero of Exupery's novel, adds fabulousness to this place. This is a gift from the French Cultural Center to Kyiv children.

Also known as the Rosenberg Synagogue. It is the oldest of the current Kyiv synagogues. The synagogue was built in 1894-1895 at the expense of the merchant Gabriel-Yakov Geselevich Rosenberg, who owned the land and the building itself. The architect N. N. Gordenin designed the building in the Moorish style.
Since the construction of synagogues in what was then Kyiv was difficult due to the limited rights of residence in the city of the Jews, Rosenberg initially agreed with the city authorities to build a private mansion, and then received permission from the provincial government to supposedly adapt the finished mansion for a prayer house.
