Connecting with people from across the world to share and explore the incredible beauty of the Pearl of Africa and Africa at large is the most significant element of who we are and what we live for.
The amazing .recho and .nega travelled with us to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park for what was an extraordinary Gorilla trekking experience. The Mukiza Gorilla family was warmly welcoming and engaging as they browsed and fed high up in the mountains of the Ruhija sector.
The unforgivingly comfortable sheltered us and served us flawlessly with fine dishes all through as we laboured to keep warm in the cold weather of the mountains.
Pumba Adventures Tours And Travel Ltd will forever cherish the memories and moments shared on this amazing trip.

Half of the worldwide population of mountain gorillas are living in Uganda. Due to very strong efforts and to the Ugandan conservation policy, the population is now increasing. We are very happy to welcome Sabato among them. Help us to protect them !

The story of the mountain gorillas is told for decades since Dian Fossey put them under the spotlights. Visitors come from all over the world to meet them in the magnificent environment of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. But there is an untold story... the story of the Batwas (pygmees) who used to live with them in the forest but who were banned from the forest after the creation of the National Parks.
The pygmees are still facing many challenges to live their life (health, education, food...) and keep intact their amazing culture as well as their long story.
Change a life in Bwindi is a wide project who support and empower the Batwas, especially the kids.
Agandi Uganda Safaris & Ecolodges, eQuiNeo and Change a life Bwindi will reinforce their inclusive eco-tourism partnership by developing cultural and environment conservation activities that will involve and directly benefit the batwas in a durable way.
