Turning 30 was initially daunting, but now, in my 30s, life feels more serene. Unlike the excitement of turning 20, I celebrated my 30th birthday quietly.

At 29, I feared not getting closer to my dreams. However, hitting 30 last year brought unexpected confidence and a sense of calm.

Life in my 30s is good; I'm more composed, less reactive, focus on my well-being, and maintain positive thoughts. Despite physical changes, embracing life's cycles brings acceptance.

Being a grown-up means not answering to anyone—a liberating aspect. Family, raising kids, and continuous learning keep me occupied, leaving no room for trivial concerns.

With wisdom comes optimism; I'm unafraid and ready to go with the flow. Embracing the years ahead with positivity.

If you think you have seen it all try and look again. Some things are not GOLD they only glitter. What's behind 6 is far more than 7 and 8. If it looks too good to be true, it may have a fault. Free things always come with high price in life. Never say YES to any favor that will later demand for your happiness and freedom in life. Never allow a temporary enjoyment to take your everlasting joy away. Never put your hopes in human beings if you want peace of mind. Those who put their hopes in humans may die serving them. If you are confused about life, put your hopes in GOD. GOD will never give you stone when you ask HIM for bread. Those who put everything in GOD,s hand will eventually see the hand of GOD in their everything. GOD may not come on time but HIS timing is always the best.

No matter how much you've accomplished, always move in the direction of God's will for your life. That's where you will find peace, protection and providence. Don't stay where you don't belong.

The safest place for you in the world is in the will of God for your life.
You will be fine 🤝

Better for people to see your success than for you to tell them about it.
I shall explain.

By the time they see it, it is already too late for them to do anything about it, they cannot stop, sabotage or ruin your progress.

Keep your ego in check.
Move in silence.
You will be fine 🤝

1.✓ Bad advice: Put your head down and work hard. Rewards will follow.
✓Good advice: You are your only salesperson and champion. Get out there and let people know the great work you are doing, how you helped your colleague in a crisis, how you converted a diffucult client or came up with a strategy to cut down overhead costs.

2. ✓Bad advice: Money is not important.
✓Good advice: The market pays only for what it needs and what you can deliver well. So, work on the skills that get paid for.

3. ✓Bad advice: Go to every networking event. Invest time after office and on weekends.
✓Good advice: Your real network, which is useful for job search, sales or investments, are the people who will stake their own reputation to recommend you.

4.✓ Bad advice: Refuse tasks that aren’t specific to the role you are paid for.
✓Good advice: Your employer values great results and people who deliver without excuses.

5.✓Bad advice: You need an MBA to rise.
✓ Good advice: Specialists get paid more and are indispensable. Generalists have more career opportunities but are easily replaceable.

6.✓Bad advice: Find a secure job with the government, and stick to it.
✓ Good advice: No job is secure or good forever. Invest in learning instead. Grow into a professional whose skills are required by businesses.

7. ✓Bad advice: It doesn’t matter where you start, so take the first job that comes by. Among competing offers, choose the one that offers the highest compensation.
✓Good advice: Consider the employer, the opportunity, future growth prospects and the next job that you can move on to. Picking the first job or the highest paying job may set you on an undesirable career path, from which it will be impossible to exit or rebrand yourself afterwards.

8. ✓Bad advice: Do not quit your job immediately after joining.
✓Good advice: Never spend an extra day in a toxic environment or where you are being harassed or abused.

9.✓Bad advice: Never take on more responsibilities; you may not find time to fulfil them.
✓Good advice: Never stay in your comfort zone. As you push and stretch yourself and volunteer for tasks, you can land opportunities that no one else has.

10.✓Bad advice : Think about your future family before choosing a profession, role or city.
✓Good advice: Seek out a profession that excites you and a role that will help you grow. When you do chose to have a family, you can deal with the circumstances....

You will be fine!

There will be days when u feel like giving up, BUT DON'T. There will be days when you feel like you just don't have what it takes, BUT YOU DO! There will be days when everything seems to be falling apart, BUT IT WON'T! You must know, things work out for the good, and there will be days that you look back and say I AM GLAD I NEVER GAVE UP! God is not man that He changeth His mind! Whatever He has willed will surely come to pass! .

Photographer Michel Denis captured these amazing pictures on safari in Kenya.

He was astounded by what he saw: "These brothers have been living together since they left their mother at about 18 months old, On the morning he saw them, they seemed not to be hungry, walking quickly but stopping sometimes to play together. 'At one point, they met a group of impala who ran away.. But one youngster was not quick enough and the brothers caught it easily'."

Then extraordinary scenes followed; they just walked away without hurting him........

Yesterday 18th/03/2023 was WorldPangolinDay - a constant reminder that the pangolin is still the world’s most trafficked mammal with an estimated 100,000 individuals removed from the wild each year. Removing pangolins from the wild directly affects the ecological integrity of landscapes as well as community livelihoods living around these natural habitats. Working in partnership with African wildlife authorities, our Canines for Conservation program protects pangolins by halting trafficking. In 2016, AWF-trained dog handlers and sniffer dogs found 500 kilograms of pangolin scales on two separate occasions.
