Mating in Hippos is done underwater, just to reduce the weight when mounting each other. However, the calving is done near the shores of the water body. This is The Kazinga channel which joins lakes George and Albert in western Uganda in a place called Kasese right next to Queen Elizabeth National Park. At this beautiful channel you get to see a few animals; among them are elephants and hippos which can be seen in this video. The elephants come down here to get water for drinking and cool themselves in case it's very hot. There are a couple other animals like monkeys, crocodiles and buffalos and different species of birds found here as well.Buffalos found here are usually too old, weak and have been overpowered from their territories. They are refered to as losers. They stay here waiting for their death. Uganda gorilla trekking tour 🦍🦍🦍

The external war between the rocks and water where the Nile waters violently compress through a narrow gorge, spraying misty droplets along the 50m creating a permanent rainbow over the battlefield causing continuous roar. The most dramatic view of the waterfall is at the top of the falls, where the sight and sounds of the Nile crashing through the 6-meter vast chasm make an unforgettable assault on your neural senses. The Murchison Falls can be accessed by vehicle or a hot half-hour hike on foot. It’s a one-hour journey walk through rolling hills surrounded by verdant countryside and magnificent sound of birds and nature. As you make meandering walks on the hill, the loud rumbling sound of knocking falls becomes louder and closer until it surrounds you completely.
