On the way to the Ishasha entrance where this remote park lies on the very Western border of Uganda,
As soon as I get close to the park entrance I know I’m on a good thing.
I actually hear elephants trumpeting while chatting to the guy at the entrance gate! Way back in the area I was shocked by the landscape – rather than the insanely dense jungle I had always expected, much of the landscape was green rolling hills with beautiful grasslands.
Here again, I find the same thing and I’m extremely happy about it.This massive guy (an elephant) was all alone, and I waited ten minutes for him the WAY bigger than the Jeep,
