Abington Township Master Bicycle Plan

Abington Township has been awarded a Transportation & Community Development Initiative (TCDI) Grant for $60,000 (plus $15,000 Township cash match) from the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC), for the purpose of developing a TOWNSHIP MASTER BICYCLE PLAN. en spaces, natural areas, parks, existing trails, schools, residential developments, places of business, regional transportation, other prominent township destinations, and provide links to trails in adjoining municipalities. The TOWNSHIP MASTER BICYCLE PLAN will consist of roadway bicycle lanes, shared lanes, side-paths, and off-road trails. The plan is intended to provide Abington Township residents with local non-motorized transportation alternatives and recreational opportunities.
