Buck is booked through 5/17/23 as well as 6/1-6/5.

Situated on our 24 acre farm in Aiken is this new construction 960 sqft 2 bedroom 1 bath home with 300 sqft covered porch. Located 10 minutes from beautiful downtown Aiken and the world famous Hitchcock woods. We are also minutes away from all the equestrian facilities and venues that the area has to offer. We ride in the Hitchcock woods regularly and are availible to take you on a guided ride on your horse. Only 25 minutes to Augusta GA and all
It has to offer.

Horse amenities
100' x 100' paddock with 12' x 24' run in shed, 10' x 16" shed with saddle racks, blanket bars and room for feed etc. wheelbarrow and muck rake, water at the fence.
There is also a 70' x 160' fenced riding ring for you to use
There is a 1 mile trail around the property to ride on.
Ample parking for your trailer
Camper hook up for an additional charge includes water and sewer.

Dog amenities
Entire property is fenced in with no climb, large crate is available, There is a 1 mile trail around property for walks leashes are required. Sealed concrete floor for those unexpected accidents.
