Welcome! From it’s beginning, our beautiful Victorian home was meant to be shared.
Built in 1910, Algoma’s Victorian Stay Rental boasts character and olde world charm with beautiful woodwork, abundant antiques, soft colors and some current technology to compliment your stay.
Located in quaint Algoma, Wisconsin, this gorgeous home is situated 2 blocks from downtown restaurants and shopping, 4 blocks from the stunning Crescent Beach and Boardwalk, 6 blocks from the historic Pierhead Lighthouse, a quick 15 minutes from Sturgeon Bay in Door County and only 35-45 minutes from Green Bay and Lambeau Field.
Our Victorian Rental has four bedrooms that can sleep 9-12 people, 2 full baths, a Great Room with a piano and fireplace, a Family Room with a 65 inch TV, a Library and a kitchen that has probably everything a chef or baker would want.
Also included are a fire pit, front patio with table, chairs and umbrella, outdoor back yard sofa and chairs, WiFi, cable, AC, sheets and towels, washer/dryer, grill, toiletries and much more.
Most recently this was the home of The Belle Isle Inn Bed and Breakfast. Owner Tia Bellisle made incredible four course gourmet breakfasts and evening Wine and Hors d’ Oeuvres.
Originally built for the Kohlbeck family, shortly thereafter it became a boarding house for women attending the local women’s college for teachers. Wedged between several local families, the home was also a boarding house for men, a photography studio and even a home to upwards of a hundred live mink for fur trading.
