'South Cay' (SouthCay.com) is an absolutely beautiful house on Anna Maria Island, located in Anna Maria (not in Holmes Beach). The house is in mint condition.

There are only 11 houses between South Cay and the Gulf of Mexico beach, so this property is very close to the beach. Walk out the house, look to your right, and you see the beach access. In addition, this is probably the nicest section of the beach on the island. South Cay is also close to Anna Maria's charming island shopping area (Pine Avenue), which means you can stroll to a breakfast place or

the ice cream parlor, and walk to shops and stores. South Cay has 4 bedrooms and 2 and a half baths. The master bedroom has a high-end king-size bed. In addition, there are two queen beds, and a single. South Cay has a screened front porch, a screened master bedroom side deck that leads to a larger rear deck, and a 3rd floor screened rear deck. There are four flat panel TVs of various sizes, cable, wireless high-speed internet, and free phone use within the US. The new pool is large (14 feet X 28 feet). RECOMMENDATION: Ask for pool sizes when comparing rental properties. Few have a pool this size!
