If you are looking to be close to the GULF beach, this is the one. Beach Cay (www.BeachCay.com) is perfectly situated at the very desirable North End of Anna Maria Island, just steps to the Gulf of Mexico's white sugar sand beaches (the Gulf side of the island, not the bay side!).
