All TVs have Roku Spectrum app to watch live cable TV in any room. XBox One in media room has 'Captain Guest48' user preset (ready to use) with the following games: Marvel Ultimate Alliance 1 & 2, Forza Horizon 2, STAR WARS Battlefront II, Steep (snowboard/ski), Lego Avengers. 8 beach chairs/towels, 1 beach umbrella/sand toys; it has everything you need to feel like you are home (cooking utensils, coffee, tea, hair dryer, etc)
