We are here getting some deep cleaning done for the 2024 renting season! We have done several upgrades this past year with furniture, mattresses and such! Please consider us for your beach getaway! Condo Rates
Jan 1 -March 11: $150 per night
March 12-May 13: $175 per night
May 14-May 27: $290 per night
May 28-June 3 (Memorial Day Week): $325 per night
June 4-June 30: $290 per night
July 1-July 8 (July 4th Week): $350 per night
July 9-August 12: $290 per night
August 13-October 14: $195 per night
October 15- December 31: $150 per night

Additional charges include: 6% tax on room rates, $150 cleaning fee and parking fee due at check-in.

We ask for a deposit at time of booking. Remainder of the balance due two weeks before time booked. You are welcome to pay a little bit along if that is something you are interested in.

We are trying to book ourselves instead of through an agency to lower costs of fees and such that they charge!

We just wanted to share that we have availablity for both the fall and winter months. You can also plan ahead and book for the spring and summer as well! Let us know your dates and we will try our best to accommodate you!

We are currently taking bookings for 2024. The condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and is a first-floor unit. The kitchen is fully equiped for any meal you want to cook while there and both bathrooms have been recently remodeled. You can comfortably sleep 6 in this unit. The property contains several swimming pools that you have access to as well as a couple of restaurants that are within walking distance of the condo. There is golf on the property at Kiva Dunes, tennis courts, horseshoe pits, and beautiful white sandy beaches.
