It is with mixed emotions that we announce the departure of our Vice President, Tonya Kahn whom has decided to step down from her position effective immediately from the Avon Park Business Alliance. Thank you Tonya for your contribution to our team we appreciate all the ideas and leadership you offered our organization.

Today our members gathered to support our fellow member The Jacaranda Hotel in welcoming the 2024 Dixie Youth State Tournament Players for lunch hosted by Bill Jarrett.
Baseball ⚾️ in Avon Park is a pretty big deal and we wish our boys well in hopefully bringing home a Championship ! The games will stretch over the next 4 days so come out and cheer them on!

Last night several of our members were celebrating 100 years of The Jacaranda Hotel and 40 years of the South Florida State College Foundation, Inc. Miss Avon Park City of Charm Pageants Page Ms. Avon Park welcomed and escorted guests into the Historic Hotel.
Lani's Rental For Weddings & Special Events LLC did an outstanding job elevating the event with 1920s decor, South Florida State College Culinary Arts Students provided an amazing spread of delicious cuisine while our friends at 18 East Restaurant And Bar kept the party with spirits. What an outstanding evening for all. As Dave from 18 East always says it was a Big Time in a Small Town. 🕺💃
