Outside, an expansive stone terrace, complete with an al fresco dining and BBQ grill, allows a seamless transition to outdoor living, set against the spectacular backdrop of Aspen trees and tranquil waterfalls that surround the home. The lower level of the home sports a fully outfitted family games room, including a pool table with table tennis conversion top, shuffleboard table, chess and backgammon table, HD television, gas fireplace and saloon-inspired wet bar with batwing doors. Located off the family room is the Sauna and the spacious Ski Room is steps from the private homeowner skiway connecting to the Intertwine Trail. Outside, guests can enjoy relaxing in the hot tub; and the wood burning Teepee fire-pit is perfect for making S’mores after a day on the mountain. A half-flight down from the family room is an office workspace and fitness room with bench press, stationary bike, and elliptical machine. Guests at Blackbeary Lodge have access to the complimentary on demand Dial-a-Ride shuttle service for point-to-point transportation within the Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch Villages just minutes down the mountain. Note: this Estate has an additional $15,000 refundable security deposit beyond the standard Vacation Rental Damage Protection. This security deposit will be required at the time of final payment and will be refunded within 30 days of departure less any damage to the residence. All reservation requests at this estate are reviewed by the homeowner and are not confirmed until the homeowner has accepted the request and a Mountain Management confirmation has been issued.
