Vista Process Solutions, LLC has been very busy once again. Here is an installation we did yesterday. Michael and I can get some work done.

Out with the old in with the new and not to mention SureFire is the best flare and combustor control system in the market place today.

Michael and I retrofitting Surefire BMS 100 and FTL-F-72 today. This flare had our old system on. Kinda cool that we were paid to upgrade to our new system but that’s how good our Products our today. Happy Customer, now off to do a Dehy Installation in Ft Worth tomorrow.

Heading out to install a Flare system in the morning in Fort Worth then on to Louisiana for meetings and demos Tuesday and Wednesday. Then Meetings in Houston Thursday.

We had a long day today, but another happy customer north of Orla. This is Michael feeling more and more comfortable and ready to be in his own. He has a job in South Texas tomorrow and will be in his own. Proud Dad and the company is lucky to have him.

I commissioned this facilty today in South Texas Michael and I did two of the installs Saturday before last and last Monday Michael did two all on his own. First job on his own. Customer really happy with everything and I am very proud of Michael and another job well done by Vista Process Solutions.

Michael and I finished this dual burner installation in a day and half. We took a competitors system off. We are helping get it loaded tonight and heading to location for a late night start up and commissioning.

SureFire Burner Management Systems

Vista Process Solutions, LLC working with Midstream company in Oklahoma to Engineer a solution for controlling assist gas and overhead temperature in VOC glycol dehydration combustors. With the SureFire BMS 350 we not only control the overhead temp we monitor the Exreme Safety Temp High and we have a 4-20 analog out so customer can take temp back to PLC. Saving wasted fuel gas and they dont need a separate temperature transmitter now ( huge payoff ). Customer is extremely happy with results of first three retrofits and ordered a 4th today and will not install a temperature transmitter on this one and future orders. Our patented FTL-F mini pilot ignition unit is second to none. Everything for maintenance is on the outside of combustor and no chance of product damage during upsets.
