The S**o House is a luxury cabin located right on the S**o River, just minutes from all of the area's biggest attractions & amenities. Whether you love to relax on the river, you enjoy amusement at Storyland, you wish to view the beautiful fall foliage, or want hit the slopes at one of many area mountains, this is the perfect family getaway. This one of a kind new home completed in summer of 2021 is the ideal getaway for couples or families looking to spend time in the mountains in any season. Guests will be able to enjoy family and friends, in the open concept main floor which seamlessly merges the living, dining, and kitchen area complimented by the double height loft space and grand picture windows that provide ample amounts of morning sun. The master bedroom is located off the first floor entry hall, complete with a spacious en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a large tiled shower with body sprays and rain head. Climb the impressive custom log and reclaimed timber staircase to access these rooms with a shared bathroom and additional sitting area. Rain wont ruin your vacation here! With the lower level game room, you'll have plenty to keep you entertained. This room features a flat screen smart TV and bar, shuffleboard, and an array of your favorite arcade games- Mario Kart and Buck Hunter included, as well as a unique game that holds 750 old school games from Tetris to Mortal Kombat to Super Mario Brothers. Off of the game room, you will find the fourth bedroom, a one-of-a-kind bunk room that sleeps 6 children in custom twin built-in bunk beds. There is also an additional full bathroom with a tub. On those days when you can't get enough of the outdoors, fire up the grill and enjoy dinner on the covered porch. Then head down to the yard and make some memories on our beach volleyball court, or just watch the kids build sand castles. The house is located on a main road, so winter access to the property is a breeze. The cabin is located on the S**o River at a hot spot that locals and tourists alike have loved for years. Whether you want to relax on the beach and just get a tan by the water, or enjoy some fishing, this little bit of heaven on the river is just a short 2 minute walk on the private path from the house. This amazing bend in the river provides a great swimming hole for the whole family and an awesome sandbar completes the package.
