As we continually check the chicken coop in anticipation of our chickens starting to lay eggs, we only find an occasional attempt at an egg. Then when I go in the barn stables (which we don’t use) to move the old horse feeders out to the donkey’s run in shed, I find this. Apparently ever day is gonna be like an Easter egg hunt around here!

A quick trip around the game room!

DIY tip. If you have barn doors for a bedroom or bathroom and need a way to lock it, you can use an eye screw and hook as a lock. Put washers on both sides of the hook before screwing it to the jamb. It will remove the play in the door when locked. Additionally, if you need to get in the room in case of an emergency you can slide a butter knife behind the door to pop the hook off and unlock the door.
