David Evans holds a bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University Irvine California. He acquired invaluable strategic training, working directly with top-level military leadership while serving USAF Special Ops, Airlift Command & Control. David transferred his skillset to digital marketing and business strategy over the last 10 years guiding unknown brands like Honstein Oil, from obscurity, to acquiring the respected brand, Synergy. He found a nitch that suits him with Short Term Rental. Large groups like family reunions and traveling sports teams seem to have trouble finding accommodations. Family and team unity is important to him. So, in the past, he bought two houses next to each other and rented them out as one. This way groups wouldn't have to spread themselves out across town or sleep on church floors. As COVID came on, he sold the homes but missed serving the community with this special service. Now, I own two houses with adjoining property and 9 acres. Now, we have a venue for creativity and memories. These properties feel like they're out in the country.
