Wildwood design choices! In case you missed it, we are working with to add a tiny home to Kradel’s Kabins.

Making all the design choices can be overwhelming but has been so helpful walking us through everything! We had a few options for wall sconces by the bed and bathroom sink and eventually chose a sleek black light fixture.

We are so excited to introduce you to… Wildwood! We are working with to add a tiny home to Kradel’s Kabins. Perch and Nest make beautiful, well-thought out tiny homes and working with them on the design of Wildwood has been the best part of this process hands-down.

Wildwood will be the perfect spot for the solo traveler or adventurous couple who want a cozy home-base to explore the Blue Ridge Mountains from. Even though it’s tiny, Wildwood will feature a fireplace, hot tub, fire pit, and more set against a beautiful mountain view.

Some things that are better King-sized? Chocolate bars and mattresses are the first things that come to my mind.

Everyone has different preferences when it comes to mattresses but we can mostly agree: bigger is better! This year we’ve upgraded from a Queen-sized to a King-sized mattress at Fernwood and March 22nd the two Queen beds at Laurelwood will be swapped for a traditional King bed downstairs and a California King upstairs.
