For our 2022 LAND TOURS (Groups of maximum 16 people), we are currently looking for Tour Leaders
who are willing to go outside of their comfort zone to provide travelers with unforgettable experiences!
JOB REQUISITES
- We are looking for Tour Leaders from all Northern Italy
- Fluent in English and Italian with excellent knowledge of the entire Italy with expertise
- Enthusiastic about local history, culture, and wildlife
- Willing and able to offer the travelers an authentic cultural experience
- Sincere liking of the American people and of their culture
- Creative and resourceful team player with leadership skills
- Enthusiasm and Passion for sharing own life experiences, and openness to discuss the more delicate aspects of society and its customs
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, including in emergency situations
- Willingness to be available to our travelers on 24/7 basis, for the entire duration of the tour
- “Patentino di Accompagnatore turistico” or IATM membership certificate is required to lead tours
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience escorting groups in Italy is preferred
- Work experiences abroad will be a plus
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our team of Tour Leaders provides firsthand knowledge and insight that make local life, in both its pleasant and controversial aspects, come alive. With their unbridled enthusiasm & caring personalities our Tour Leaders ensure that travelers’ experience with Grand Circle is one to remember for a lifetime.
The primary role of Tour Leader is providing city walks, giving recommendations for free time and accompanying the free time options. Equally important role is organizing discussions, talks & briefings. Assistance 24/7 and high customer care is required.
Length of the tour: 15 days in a row

Second step: Group interview 1 day - November in Rome
Third step: Training 3 days following the Group interview - All steps are selective.
