Yesterday the Water Truck swung by the Mayor Michelle Wu 吳弭's summer celebration event, a welcome sight for the big crowd: on such a hot evening it was great to have refreshing water to keep everyone hydrated! Thanks again for inviting us and for the incredible music!

BWSC did a presentation for Madison Park high school at Deer Island. What better place than The Deer Island Wastewater Treatment Plant to talk about what can & can’t be flushed down the toilet. All wastewater collected by BWSC facilities is conveyed to Deer Island to be treated.

Thank you to the volunteers who participated in the Memorial Day tradition of planting flags at the Boston Common. 33,376 flags were planted, one for each soldier from MA who lost their life in action since the Revolutionary War. BWSC was honored to provide hydration with our Water Truck.
