Fair Winds Production is the home of Jim "Kimo" and Rozz "Lokelina" Lowry, the Hawaiian band "Makani E", and "Fair Winds Duo". They have presented their music all across the US, Mexico, Canada, Australia, S Korea, Russia. Taiwan, and all across Japan. Says Lokelina, "We LOVE sharing our style of music across the globe. It continually reminds us where our hearts belong, and our goal of perpetuating
the Hawaiian culture. We want to be able to reach all the Hawaiians and Hawaiian-at-heart. You know, take time to take the Hawaiians home, and take the Hawaiians-at-heart back to the islands, even if only for a little while. We do that through our music and dance." As Hawaiian Ambassadors for various cruise ships, they immerse passengers in the Hawaiian culture through power point presentations, lectures, instructional classes, and a variety of genres of Hawaiian and Island style music. But wait...there's more! Fair Winds Production is also an organization that produces, sponsors, and provides assistance and services to Hawaiian and island style bands, musicians, and performers in an effort to enhance and perpetuate the multi-cultured traditions of island living through music & dance. Our goal is to help develop the future of gifted individuals, by allowing them a chance to get their music out to the public while still being mindful of their island roots, cultures, & traditions. We strive to give them the means to prove themselves, enhance their mindset, and look to a meaningful future in an industry that has previously been only for the lucky few. We “hand-pick” performers to work together and share the core of their music to target audiences. We use all avenues needed to produce concerts, festivals, fundraisers, and artist performances. Those performers that utilize our services benefit by participating and/or headlining performances throughout the Midwest, Pacific Northwest, West Coast, and Hawaii. Thus far, we have been able to produce concerts and tours in several states including New York, Alaska, Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, and Hawaii.
