Rustic Chalet is our first property to renovate vs. build from the ground up. We found such a gem in this property and we knew right away that it had excellent bones. The original builder is John Sutton and he has an incredible reputation for building high-quality, beautiful homes in New Mexico. The craftsmanship and quality that you see throughout the cabin is really special, so we did our best not to compromise that throughout all of the renovations. Since completing the renovations, this is our first ski season we are able to rent the cabin out to guests and we are so excited! As with all of our Rustic Luxury properties, we have tried to be incredibly thoughtful in our designs, amenities, and attention to detail.
