However, we will leave you with a receipt to send into your insurance company for reimbursement. Payment in full must be render at the time of service. In general, most insurance companies cover laboratory-testing fees. However, Mobile Phlebotomy is not an insurance company pre-approved provider and operates on a flat-fee payment schedule. We accept Visa, Master Card, debit, cash, and personal checks for your convenience. For companies that want to contract our services on a regular basis we can set you up an account and invoice you for our services. All payment is due at the time of service.
