Couple different shots tonight from 2 different lots on our mountain. A lot going on, if you have not been up in a while to see you property you might not recognize the mountain. We have a couple houses finished and 2 more started.

The Creekside is the future home to campsites and cozy cabins. Nestled under the canopy of the massive white pines, the creek runs from the waterfall on the nature preserve on one side and a babbling brook on the other. The sound of the water running over the rocks echoes throughout the area.

Pinnacle K**b is located inside Hickory Rock Falls and is listed on the NC Peaks registry at 2,980 feet. This part of the property includes a beautiful rock structure, 360 views and abundant wildlife.

What is Hickory Rock Falls? Centrally located between downtown Bryson City & Franklin, NC in the quaint community of Brush Creek, Hickory Rock Falls is growing into a place to relax, unwind, take in the sights and seek out new adventures. Some of the lots have been reserved as long-term home sites, others will be used for vacation rentals for med-large families, while down by the creek bed, small cabins and camping sites will be nestled away beneath the canopy of white pines. We are actively creating walking paths through the 10 acre nature preserve that will lead residents and guests to the waterfall and to points with long range mountain views. When you are not relaxing on the property, you are only 20 min away from Nantahala Outdoor Center, 5 minutes from 5,000 acre Needmore game land that is used for hunting, fishing and wildlife watching along the Little Tennessee River, 25 min from the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad in downtown Bryson City, 25 min to the "Gem Capital of the World" of Franklin, and then head 30 min down the street to Harrah's Casino in Cherokee. We cannot wait to show you guys the progress as we get deeper into this project and welcome you to our community.
