I was just watching one of my favorite HGTV shows, Flip or Flop and Christina and Tarek were redesigning a house and putting in a huge supersized kitchen. The kitchen was beautiful, but sometimes bigger isn't always better and it's always important to have a sitting, tv watching type of area that feels cozy and protected in the rest of the open floor concept.

I happened to stumble upon this video afterwards and totally agree with this floorplan change with regards to big, oversized open concept spaces. Plus, how cute are those little toy furniture-like legos Dear Modern uses, I totally want to play with them—so cool...LOL! Dear Modern
