You have access to a Private page with the group and trainer that you register with for accountability and support. . Fill it out daily so your trainer knows you are on course.
You will be provided with clear and definitive RULES & RECOMMENDTIONS to follow for the 6 weeks of the RE-PROGRAM. All participants and trainers will be following the same plan so there are no mixed messages.
Your trainer will be doing the RE-PROGRAM right with you for the next 6 weeks. There will be no "do as I say, not as I do".

There will only be 15 spots available for each time slot. This is to keep the integrity of the RE-PROGRAM. During your training sessions we want you to get the attention from your trainer that is required for safe, effective exercise. We want you to have your own "personal space" while exercising, and for everyone to be provided with the right exercise equipment that is needed for them to be able to perform the workout to their fitness capability.
There are 2 major components to the RE-PROGRAM. The first 4 weeks are dedicated to a very strict whole food diet. As per the RULES for the first 4 weeks you are to remove grains, dairy, legumes, alcohol, added sugars (real & artificial), do not recreate "treats" & junk foods using approved whole foods and do not weight yourself after your initial first day weigh in. Yeah we know, "What am I supposed to eat?" For the next 4 weeks you will eat meat, poultry, pork, seafood, eggs, vegetable, fruits, nuts and natural fats. You won't be stepping on the scale (that's a RULE) and you are NOT to be weighing and measuring your food or using a food tracking app or journal to log what you eat. No counting calories, tracking macros or adding up points. Just act like a human being and eat people food for 4 weeks. Simple.
The next 2 weeks (weeks 5 & 6) are used to do a systematic reintroduction of foods that were previously not allowed in the first 4 weeks of the RE-PROGRAM. You will re-introduce a food type, remove it again and YOU be the judge if you are better or worse off eating that food choice and to what extent and end. You now have your own personal nutritional blueprint that works best for YOU.
At the end of 4 weeks you can weigh in and check for weight loss. You can also weigh in again at the end of week 6. If you need to lose weight and you are compliant, we bet you lose weight. But we want you to achieve so much more than just weight loss! What you will do is fill out our Non Scale Victories Questionnaire with over 50 boxes to check. We want you to document your RE-Program experience and have tangible feedback by you, for you.
In addition to the RULES, we will provide everyone with RECOMMENDATIONS. We have been doing this a LONG time. We know what you are going to ask before you ask it. How many times a day should I eat? Can I skip breakfast? Can I eat past 8 PM? How much water should I drink? Etc...etc...etc... So we will provide you with the RE-PROGRAM RECOMMENDATIONS that will resolve a lot of these questions. We know we won't catch them all, so we will also be providing answers to Frequently Asked Questions. If you can't find your answer in the FAQ's, ask your Trainer on your Re-Program Private page.
