irs and cart, gas grill, fire pit, corn-hole game set, outdoor shower, wrap-around porch with rockers and two dining sets, and lots of outdoor space with beautiful gardens. We provide outdoor seating and dining, and a beach cart and chairs for the use of our guests. The main level consists of a large wrap-around porch, a spacious entrance foyer with detailed trim and original staircase, a spacious living room with original fireplace, large dining room with original fireplace, gourmet kitchen with both granite and Corian counters, a sunny breakfast room, den, full laundry room and half bath. The second floor has three spacious bedrooms and two full baths (one is a queen master with ensuite bath); the dramatic third level master suite has two sleeping areas, a sitting area, a work area and a full bath, plus two window seats that give a bird’s eye view of the town and peeks at the Chesapeake Bay. Outdoor enjoyment varies from the rockers and dining sets on the wrap-around porch, to the brick patio, shade trees, an herb garden and lush landscaping of the large side- and backyards, with enough grassy areas for play while enveloped in flowering trees and bushes.

Another memorable sunset in the books! And it followed a great CRABBY BLUES FESTIVAL in Central Park yesterday. Strawberry Street Jam Friday evening was terrific! Cape Charles rocks!

Summer is in full glory in Cape Charles. Spectacular sunsets, gentle bay waves, and a bustling business street, Mason Avenue, with a few new businesses opening, and new dining options. Chesapeake Dream is fully booked but we have some openings in late September and October. We are so happy to welcome back several returning families who book our house for two weeks each summer!
