Airbnbs-
We have Airbnbs that needs cleanings after checkouts. It needs to be someone reliable who can do the cleanings between 11-3 after checkouts. Sometimes it can be as soon as next day if someone books at night.

Needed between 3-13 times a month with one time for deeper cleaning like window sills. We have 2 airbnb and an event center.

Cleaners will be issued a 1099. So we recommend keeping mileage log etc for your tax write offs ext.

Event center- We have a medium event center that needs cleanings before each event. Basically dust mop and wet mop, wipe off bar, clean bathrooms (no tubs or showers and two toilets) wipe down kitchen if used.
Averages $20/hour.

For the love of all. Please. Please be respectful of the Airbnb’s you rent and treat it like you would your home or better. Most of us are out here trying to accommodate better than any hotel. These are our homes. Our investments. Or sweat and tears. This is from a group of 5 older women after a night out. It’s cost over $350 to repair, a LOT of time and now even more time for a new yard to sprout. We are just beside ourselves.

Closing Day Happened!

Daddy Daughter Extraveganza Continues! We just closed on a large property 5-6 minutes from Downtown and on 4 acres with a Pool and we are turning it into an Airbnb for up to 10 guests!!
