Break on the Lake Resort is located on the north shore of Cass Lake. It is bordered by state forests and offers easy access to 8 lakes and 2 rivers.

Cass Lake is large enough to never see in one week, yet small enough, with many bays and islands to fish even on windy days. It is open three seasons out of the year and is more than just a great place to fish - it’s a wonderful place for you and your family to get away and experience a fun-filled vacation.

Break on the Lake had Jerry Brekke and his daughter stop by for a visit today! Jerry owned Break on the Lake Resort back in 1979 and operated the resort for many years! We had a wonderful visit reminiscing about the past! We so appreciate you guys stopping by! Please feel free to stop in again!

September hours will be:

Thursdays open 4-8pm, except 09-12-2024 we will be closed!

Friday & Saturdays we will be open noon - 8 pm

Sundays - we will be open noon - 6 pm
