Stopped by the Gray’s River Covered Bridge on our way up North! It’s a historic site—the last covered bridge in use in Washington State. The bridge was built in 1905. This bridge is a scenic 30 mins drive from our floating home.

We don’t just have a floating house but we have a boat house too! It’s not the prettiest thing so it’s not often in my pics but guess what?! Guests can use it to safely park their boat! Pretty cool, right?! 🚤 🐟

Ok so it rains here—a lot. Up to 80” of rainfall per year! While most Washingtonians are not fazed by the rain & still do plenty of outdoor activities in the rain, we also understand if guests want to cozy up by the fire and watch the rain fall on the slough from the comfort of the indoors! 🌊

We have tons of books throughout the home (more than pictured here), cable tv, wifi, roku, and even some toys and board games for guests who want to enjoy some chill time inside! 📚☕️
