Statement ⛔️
On June 25, 2024 we found that one of our customer have used the social media (Facebook) to speak about our company as way of “Defamation”
Which will be processed though legal departments in order to keep our rights
We at ADDIS logistics would like to Clarify the statement for all our estimated customers
The owner of the video - who spoke on media and made the defamation against our company didn’t use the official channels to terminate the services
or cancel the contract or even not yet paid the full
amount of the services cost even, customer was requesting to finance payments of the total cost
for 6 Air tickets and even not paid full yet till date, time of this statement, customer asked verbally to
terminate the services and our staff try to help as much they can on the personal way to a void customer inconvenience, but customer start take the issues to attack and Threat the staff by using
social media ( defamation the staff and the company) we are at Addis logistics are so sad of this kind of action from our customer and we can only finalize or use the legal channels for request any refund or services termination and will not go though other than official way to handle any kind of request from our customer and will keep the full rights of ADDIS logistics to replay or action from our side
