A bouquet of baby artichokes makes a nice alternative to spring flowers such as tulips. Cut stems short and poke in floral picks or wooden skewers. Fit the pitcher with floral foam to anchor the skewers, then arrange like flowers. To keep your bouquet fresh longer, store in the fridge at night.

With the Artichoke Festival coming up it's hard not to crave these awesome veggies! Who doesn't love Artichokes right, but it seems like everyone has their favorite dip they just can't do without. I think most people either pick mayonnaise or butter, personally its' my Great-Grandpa's creation which is a blend of lemon, olive oil and mustard (sounds crazy I know but it's delish!) What are some of your favorite dippers for Artichokes? I'd love to hear about it!
