We are looking for enthusiastic Game Guides. The Game Guide cheerfully leads the room escape experience for guests from beginning to end. They possess politeness, professionalism and dedication to a 5 star customer experience. As a game guide, you are a narrator, entertainer and advisor. Game Guides provide an enthusiastic attitude while being professional and service oriented.
Shifts will consist of nights and weekends, flexibility is important. WEEKENDS ARE A MUST!
Responsibilities:
-Opening and closing duties, key holder.
-Greeting guests enthusiastically and providing 5 star customer service.
-Cheerfully briefing and debriefing groups of guests before and after game play and telling them game scenarios and rules.
-Resetting, sanitizing room puzzles and props after each group.
-Closely monitoring the room's video surveillance screens during guest’s games.
-Problem solving; thinking quickly on your feet.
-Cleaning and sanitizing.
-Answering phones, taking payments and booking games.
Requirements:
-Attention to Detail.
-High School Diploma or equivalent, some college experience is a plus. We love college students, and Seniors! Under 18 must be exceptional, responsible and hard working.
-Have a background in customer service!
-Be very outgoing with an energetic and animated personality!
-Have excellent customer service and communication skills!
-Be able to speak confidently in front of groups of people!
-Be creative (tech-savvy is a plus), problem solve and think fast on your feet!
-Have a flexible schedule and be able to work during the week, weekends days and evenings!
-Have a car and be dependable/reliable!
