Welcome! We are in NE side of town, in the middle of a peaceful mountainous neighborhood, but less than 2 mi from anything you could want. 5 grocery stores, 50 Restaurants, 10 min to AF Academy, 20 min to Manitou Springs, & Garden of Gods. After an amazing day of adventure, relax with a bottle of wine under the starry sky, sitting around the fire or soaking in the sparkling clean whirlpool bath, then you can sink into your luxurious yet cozy K-size bed. Your vacation is here!
There’s approx 1,200 sq feet of private space consisting of 2 rooms (1 bedroom with a super plushy Cal King, 2nd room is a lounging room with 55in high definition tv) along with a private bathroom with a claw foot tub, and an outside whirlpool bath with a private entrance and gorgeous views of Pikes Peak and Erindale Valley. You will also have a private backyard all to yourself. We have pictures of our entire home listed but only the space listed as Airbnb rooms are accessible for use. This space is ideal for romantic couples or maximum of you and 1 other friend wanting a zen like relaxing, get-away retreat.
There are 2 private entrances and your own outdoor spa tub that is yours alone while you are here. Along with your own private parking space. It is not shared. There is a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker but there is no access to a kitchen, bbq, or washer n’ dryer.
Also please note: on days when there is heavy snow most everybody in the neighborhood parks on top of the street and you’ll need to walk down a very steep driveway, our home is a flag-lot. Snow boots or shoes with heavy traction. Are strongly recommended. 4WD is highly recommended during the snowy months and at the very least AWD cars.
My husband and I live upstairs on the second and third floors, but you will feel like you’re in your own separate space. This is a true Bed and Breakfast experience. Please note we do have an insanely lovable kitty who lived downstairs when we were renovating the home so he likes to visit now and then, he will stay away if you keep your doors closed.
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accommodate the following:
Motorcycles
RV’s or campers
1 automobile max allowed
Persons under 21 or infants
Pets
Extra guests are not allowed while staying at property including friends dropping by. This is due to our agreement with the neighborhood to allow an Airbnb to operate.
(2 guests max, at all times, no exceptions)
While vacationing and celebrating is highly encouraged please note THIS IS NOT a party home. Please see house rules before booking and see restrictions
