Let’s talk bedding! On this bed, there are six (yes six) pillows, sheets, comforter, quilt, two decorative pillows, and a throw blanket. Personally, I would never sleep with this much bedding at once, but I like having options, and when you’re staying in an unfamiliar place, I think everyone could benefit finding an option that feels like home. To hot? There is a quilt. To cold? The comforter is a great option. Need some weight? You’ve got both. Taking a nap? The throw blanket is very comfortable and you don’t have to get into the bed with your day clothes. In pain or need support? There are plenty of pillows to choose from. Not only are there six, but each one is a different firmness. From down pillows, to tempur pedic, you’ll always find a pillow just right for you. All of the beds in the camper have the same, yet slightly different options. If you don’t like anything in the main bed, try swapping it out for something on the bunks or couch. I am all about sensory and comfort, so when it comes to bedding I like different options for textures, warming, and cooling. The best part - everything is hypoallergenic with silent pillow/ mattress protectors 😇 You won’t be sleeping on itchy, plastic tarps here! All of the bedding (besides the throw) is white, so you know it’s clean and washed between every stay. I’m probably a picky guest, but it comes in handy being a host! 😅 I will dive into bathroom linens and towel sizes in a future post!

Our 2021 season involved lots of couples; married, dating, engaged and even proposals! Out of them all, these two couples provided a lot of adventure! Lauren and Ben scheduled their engagement session with my other company, Aundrea Marie Photography , after booking their vacation rental with us. Their engagement session quickly turned into a mountain rain storm. We hustled back to the house hysterical and drenched!

Kevin planned to propose during their trip and we took extra steps to make sure Kevin wasn’t leaving Montana without a fiancée! Not only did we have the ring shipped to us, but we had to hide it and sneak around the property to make sure she didn’t see the exchange.

Both of these experiences made for good stories and a chance to get to know our guests. We live for this kind of excitement!💍🎉⛰️

We hosted Christian, Brendan and Zack (not pictured) the past week and a half at our Airbnb, The Glacier Glamper, and I took them on a spontaneous almost 5 hour Jeep adventure to this beautiful spot! On our way up, they said they haven’t seen a bear yet, and about an hour later one ran down the road right in front of the Jeep. We also found some huckleberries, skinned a knee (sorry Brendan) and I took them to the Belton Bridge for a jump to end the adventure (check my stories for the video). Unfortunately Zack had to leave the day before and couldn’t explore with us, but that’s ok, it means they have to come back for a redo! 😂

Thanks guys for spending the afternoon with me, exploring my favorite spot and listening to my slightly useless Huckleberry facts. I suppose now you know what’s a huckleberry and what’s just a pretend poisonous huckleberry. If anyone ever needs to find poisonous berries, ask Brendan! 😂 Y’all are the best!
