The Frio River got a LONG awaited dose of heavy rain last night! Last week the river was flowing at 8 cfs (cubic feet per second)...yesterday 300 cfs, today...16,700 cfs! The river needed it...and got it! (This is at the the Kenneth Arthur Crossing/Frio Country Crossing...first of several videos)
