DON'T MISS THE BUS - Christmas Trip - Dec. 27th-28th.
We still have 4 empty seats that need to be filled for Monday's Overnight Trip to Harrahs - for "Qualified "Players only.
Please spread the word to your (qualified) friends and family to join the fun! What a great getaway following the Christmas Craziness to "get out and play!"
Please EMAIL immediately: [email protected] if you would like to join us. You can call the office, but no one may be available during Fri/Sat. to confirm and it's 1st come, 1st serve 704-782-611.5. We will need your full name, Date of Birth and Caesars Reward #. Harrahs has extended our deadline to Sunday morning to close out the trip. All rooms must be confirmed by us on Sunday by 10 am.
We appreciate our loyal customers and hope you will help us spread the word for 2022 and get the big wheels rolling.
Remember, the bus leaves the Concord Parking lot @ 7:30 am on Monday, so you should plan to arrive between 7:10 am -7:25 am. Our appointed arrival time at Harrah's is (no earlier than) 11:30 am on Monday. We stop in Mooresville, Statesville and Hildebran for our passengers pick-ups - all details are on the website.
Boarding to return home on Tuesday (as always) is 3:30 pm and we will leave by 4:00 pm (earlier if all have boarded)
Masks must be worn on the van, sorry, but we are considered a commercial passenger and we are mandated by CDC for transporting folk.

Flyers have not been printed yet but will be available next week and will be emailed out to those on the list, plus available on the bus after the first of the year.
