Our Smith Island - OBX House

Jeremy and I are officially home-owners of a beautiful property in Corolla, NC. If you’ve never been to the Outer Banks, you don’t know what you’re missing

If you’ve never been to the Outer Banks, you don’t know what you’re missing. If you’ve been there before, then I’m sure you’ll want to go back. We have been fortunate enough to realize this dream of ours and are excited to share it with you! The house, Our Smith Island, is in the beach side neighborhood of Ocean Sands, section J. 5 Bedrooms which easily sleep 12, 3 ½ baths, game room, large open c

oncept living, dining, kitchen on the third floor. Deck access from all three floors to the in-ground pool and hot tub in the back yard. Pet friendly. Sunday to Sunday rental, ideal for those who are only able to stay a for the weekend. The private neighborhood beach access is a quick 7 minute walk around the neighborhood lake. Short drive to the 4x4 beach access or the Currituck Lighthouse in Historic Corolla Park. A mile from the Currituck Club Golf Course, grocery stores and the Timbuck II Shopping Village. The new walking/biking path adjacent to Route 12 makes getting around and/or exercising safe and enjoyable. The off season (October through December) is currently blocked off to give us time to make any updates to the house/property. If you are interested in staying during the off-season, please contact us directly and we will set you up with a great deal!
