If you are coming to Beach Blessings OBX as a guest, we welcome you. However, please do not arrive at the property until normal check in time unless the PM has authorized such.

When you arrive before noon for a 4:00 pm check in, you interfere with houskeeping and sanitation, pool and spa maintenance, hvac maintenance, lawn maintenance, pest control, or other scheduled maintenance scheduled for change over timing.

From our Whalehead Property Association. "Some things to think about as the season gets underway. Please remember to clean up when you leave the beach. The beach patrol is asking beach goers to fill in any major holes they may dig in the sand. Those big holes can hinder life guards on ATV's going to an emergency. Those same holes can be a hazard for people walking the beach at night. Life guards are also urging beach goers to pay attention to the flags at the beach walkways. RED FLAGS MEAN STAY OUT OF THE WATER!"
