Pura Vida literally means “pure life" but, much more than that, it evokes the spirit of the good life and symbolizes the idea of simply being happy and enjoying each day.
After vacationing with our family in the Outer Banks for many years, we fell in love with the Corolla area and decided to put down roots here. We spent a considerable amount of time searching for, and finally found, the perfect house that was large enough for everyone to spread out but not too large that we got lost in it. :)

Top Level: Partial ocean views abound from the expansive great room and wrap around decks! The newly renovated, well-equipped kitchen has a large refrigerator, 2 dishwashers, self-cleaning oven, built in wine cooler, quartz counter tops, and an island with 5 bar seats. The custom dining table seats 12 and nearby glass top table seats 4. A 51" flat screen TV is mounted above the gas fireplace and the entertainment system is complete with Blu-ray/DVD/stereo surround sound. A raised ship watch has built in bench seating and a custom-made game table ready for family fun! For a more serene environment, the screened-in outdoor living area is complete with a sofa, chairs, and ceiling fan. A Powder Room and a King MBR with a flat screen TV, en suite double vanity bath, ceiling fan, and a private ocean side deck can also be found on this level.
Mid-Level: This level has another King MBR with a flat screen TV, en suite double vanity bath, ceiling fan and a private ocean side deck; 2 Queen MBRs with flat screen TVs, en suite bath in each, ceiling fans and access to the ocean side deck; and bunk room with 2 DuoBunks (Single over Full bed) with an en suite double vanity bath and flat screen TV. Finally, the hammock and hot tub are located on this level, which is secure to the pool level below with a self-latching gate.
Ground Level: The game room features a wet bar/kitchenette to include a full-sized refrigerator and microwave. There is a Queen Sleep Sofa, a 51" flat screen TV, DVD/stereo surround sound as well as a pool table, which easily converts into a ping-pong table. Off this room is a King MBR with a newly renovated en suite bath as well as a newly renovated semi-private MBR with 2 Singles; both with flat screen TVs, ceiling fans, and double vanities in each bath. Conveniently located on this level is the laundry area with front-loading machines.
