Happy St Patricks Day!
The 6th Annual St.Paddy's Festival will be the biggest and best yet! This will be our first year to have a two day event so there are no excuses to miss the fun this year! There will be two stages with over 20 bands and celtic dance groups scheduled to entertain you on both days. Bring an appetite for amazing food and check out the arts and crafts because there will be 40+ food trucks and vendors spread out over the four blocks. The green beer will be flowing as well as several premium beer options. Hope to see ya'll there

2005- Condoleezza Rice is appointed to the post of secretary of state. The post makes her the highest ranking African-American woman ever to serve in a U.S. presidential cabinet.

The Corpus Christi Museum of Science and History is a science and history museum near Corpus Christi Harbor Bridge and the waterfront. It was established in 1957.
The hours of operation are Tues-Sat 10am-5pm and Sundays 12pm-5pm.
The cost is $10.95 for adults, $8.95 for children ages 3-12 yrs. Children 2 yrs and under get in free. Get in with a military ID for $7.95

It's that time of the year! Head to the Richard M. Borchard Regional Fair Grounds to watch cattle, pigs, chickens and many more animals to be shown in front of judges. Also, enjoy flavored corn, homemade lemonade, turkey legs, sausage on a stick and other carnival-like foods all weekend long! Come out and explore this South Texas tradition!

Waterford Residents-

As you know we have been having ongoing plumbing issues around and directly effecting Buildings 13,14,28 & 29.
We are so excited to tell you that work will commence tomorrow to permanently fix the issue!

You will see tape up blocking certain parking areas so that the Plumbers can reach the issue. We ask for your cooperation during this time to not park in taped off spaces. Please remember you are responsible for your guests as well and we appreciate your passing the word on to them. Have a wonderful evening!

New Schanen Hike & Bike Trail Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Saturday, October 15 at 10 am:

Join the Corpus Christi Parks and Recreation-Live Learn Play to celebrate this exciting new concept for trails to increasing our network of fitness and recreation throughout Corpus Christi. This trail runs from Yorktown and Saratoga Boulevards along the Schanen storm water way. It is more than a mile-long gravel and concrete path, connecting Snead, Whales, Cedar Ridge, and Breckenridge Parks along its route. After the ribbon cutting, everyone will be invited to take an inaugural stroll along the trail.
